Find Roblox Scripters on Hidden Devs
You can also find scripters on Hidden Developers, a Discord where you can hire various developers.
However, keep in mind that Hidden Developers has a reputation for poor quality work done by young developers, as most of the developers on there are beginners or intermediate developers.
Also, make sure to do your due diligence, as there are a lot of scammers and fake job postings there.

Find Roblox Scripters on Fiverr
Fiverr is also a decent place to find Roblox scripters.
There are tons of scripters looking for job openings on there.
However, in my experience, Fiverr can be a difficult place to work with people, as they will offer cheap work and give you cheap results.
Learn Roblox Scripting
Alternatively, if you’re interested, you could try to pick up Roblox scripting yourself.
This way, you don’t have to hire anyone, and you’ll build up your skills.
